  14. <p><font size="2">    Idea Library now allows access to the Pocket Outlook Task
  15. interface.  This allows you to link an existing task to Idea Library,
  16. create new tasks, and delete existing tasks while using the standard Pocket
  17. Outlook Task interface.  By linking a task to Idea Library, you may now
  18. create a hierarchical listing of tasks.</font></p>
  19. <p><font size="2">    The 'Outlook Tasks (unlinked)' section of Idea Library
  20. will show a listing of all incomplete tasks and all completed task that were
  21. completed within the past 7 days.  This section is further restricted to
  22. only show tasks which have yet to be manually linked into Idea Library.</font></p>

  24. <p><font size="2"><b>Notes:</b>  <br>
  25. - Linked Task Items could become 'unlinked' if a restore of
  26. PocketPC data is done from a backup or if a task is modified outside of Idea
  27. Library and the 'Occur' value of the task changes.<br>
  28. - If 2 or more Tasks have the exact same 'Subject' name and exact
  29. matching other task information,  the desktop version of Outlook
  30. automatically considers the tasks to be the same and will remove all but one of
  31. the matching tasks when synchronization takes place.<br>
  32. - When adding a Task from a template, the 'Subject' name will also
  33. have a current time associated with it in order to avoid the duplicate problem
  34. listed above.<br>
  35. - There is a potential 30K memory leak when displaying an Outlook Task. 
  36. The only solution at this time is to restart ADB Idea Library to release the
  37. memory.</font></p>
